Crunchyroll isn't available on LG Smart TVs natively, but you can use a streaming device like Roku or Chromecast to watch it.
Honestly, it's just not supported yet – use a console or streaming stick instead.
I had this issue and ended up using my PS4 to stream Crunchyroll. Worked like a charm!
