First, make sure you're on Xbox or PlayStation since split-screen doesn't work on other platforms. Then, ensure both controllers are connected and profiles are logged in. If all else fails, try restarting the game!

Sometimes, split-screen just bugs out! Try updating the game, and if that doesn't help, it might be a known issue that Epic Games is working to fix.

Split-screen only works for Battle Royale mode. If you鈥檙e trying to use it in Creative or Save the World, you鈥檙e out of luck.

Honestly, split-screen functionality has its quirks. Sometimes, just waiting for a patch can be the best solution.

I had the same issue last week. Reinstalling the game did the trick for me. Give it a shot!

If you're a Fortnite player looking for extra v-bucks, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Fortnite gift card, which you can win and use to get v-bucks essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!

The brands referenced on this page are not sponsors of the rewards or otherwise affiliated with this company.
