In my experience, it helps to log out and log back in. Kinda like magic!
Not all business accounts have access to the full music library. Maybe switch to a personal account if you're using a business one.
Could be a licensing issue depending on where you are. Some songs aren't available in all regions.
It's probably just Instagram being Instagram. Give it some time and it usually fixes itself.
