Hey there! First, make sure you’re logged into the same account you used to save the game. A mismatch can cause cloud save issues.

Sometimes, the problem is just a simple connection issue. Try switching between WiFi and mobile data or restarting your router.

Make sure your game's updated. Older versions might have trouble connecting to the cloud servers.

Double-check that you're logged into the same account on both devices. Sometimes switching between iOS and Android can cause issues!

Always double-check that you're running the latest version of the game. An outdated version can mess with cloud saves.

If you're a The Sims Freeplay player looking for extra Simoleons or other power-ups, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

Two of those prizes are the official App Store and Play Store gift cards, which you can win and use to get anything you want in The Sims Freeplay essentially for free!

In case you’re wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!

The brands referenced on this page are not sponsors of the rewards or otherwise affiliated with this company.
