Not all full art Pokemon cards have a texture! It's pretty common to think they all do because the textured ones are so cool and memorable. However, the texture is often reserved for certain ultra-rare and special cards. If yours isn't textured, it's probably just a regular full art version, which is still awesome to have in your collection!

Textures are mainly on ultra-rare cards. Yours might still be rare, just not the kind with a texture. It doesn鈥檛 make your card any less valuable to collectors who love all things Pokemon TCG!

Not every full art card is supposed to be textured, folks. It's all about the rarity and specific series. Check which one you got, might just be a design choice for that edition.

Actually, it's simple: your card might be a fake. A lot of counterfeit cards miss out on the details like texture. Check the printing quality, colors, and card thickness too. Real ones have a certain feel and weight to them.

If you're a Pokemon TCG player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is a pack of Pokemon cards, which you can win and get sent to you essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
