I've had this issue before, and it turned out to be a simple firmware update on my router. Check if your router needs one.
Make sure your PS5 is not too far from the router. Wi-Fi signals get weaker with distance and obstacles.
Could be an issue with the DNS settings. Try manually setting DNS to something like Google's (8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4). Worked for me!
