Sometimes it just needs a little patience. Try logging out and back into your Fortnite account and see if that helps.
Make sure you've entered the code exactly as it appears on the card, including any dashes or special characters. Those things can be sneaky!
Could be a region issue. If you bought the card in another country, it might not work where you are now.
