Basically, Hulu's dub library isn't complete due to licensing issues and the ongoing process of dubbing over 500 episodes. Consider Crunchyroll for more options!
Anime distributors prioritize subbed versions already. If you want fully dubbed episodes, check out Crunchyroll or physical media releases!
Licensing and dubbing take ages, just the reality of anime streaming.
From experience, Hulu's library updates slowly. I've watched subs there, but for dubs, Crunchyroll and buying DVDs worked better.
