Pokemon TCG isn't on iPhone because Apple has strict guidelines on apps that offer real money trading (RMT) and gambling, which complicates launching games like Pokemon TCG that involve trading and collecting. Also, the developers may not have figured out a way to implement it that meets both Apple's policies and provides a good user experience.

Technical issues. Bringing a game as complex as Pokemon TCG to iPhone isn鈥檛 a walk in the park. The game might not perform well, or the user experience might not be up to snuff on a small screen.

It's all about the money, folks. Apple takes a 30% cut of in-app purchases, and the developers behind Pokemon TCG probably don't like that math. They'd lose a big chunk of the revenue from card pack sales.

Honestly, it feels like a missed opportunity. Maybe they're working on it, and we just gotta be patient. Who knows? Fingers crossed it happens!

If you're a Pokemon TCG player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is a pack of Pokemon cards, which you can win and get sent to you essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
