Disable any overlays like Discord or Steam Overlay. These can sometimes conflict with the game launching.

Try updating your graphics drivers. Sometimes a simple GPU driver update can solve the issue. Worked for me!

Could be a corrupted file. Verify the integrity of your game files on Steam. Right-click the game, go to 'Properties', then 'Local Files', and hit 'Verify Integrity of Game Files'.

Have you tried running Steam as an administrator? Sounds simple, but it can fix a lot of weird issues. Right-click Steam and select 'Run as Administrator'.

Might be a corrupt download. Uninstall and reinstall the game. Yeah, it's a pain, but it can help.

...you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

This includes gift cards from all your favorite brands, like Amazon, Starbucks, Apple, Roblox, and many, many more!

In case you're wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying ads) and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!

The brands referenced on this page are not sponsors of the rewards or otherwise affiliated with this company. The logos and other identifying marks attached are trademarks of and owned by each represented company and/or its affiliates. Please visit each company's website for additional terms and conditions.
