Make sure you log into the correct account. It sounds silly, but I've made that mistake a couple of times!
Sometimes, it takes a bit of time for the Robux to appear in your account. Give it a few minutes and try restarting the app!
If the Robux isn't showing up, Roblox support is your best friend. They can sort out any issues with your purchase.
