First, double-check your Wi-Fi settings and restart your router. Sometimes a simple reboot can fix everything!

Make sure your PS4 is within range of your Wi-Fi signal. Walls and other electronic devices can mess with the connection.

I had the same issue; turns out my PS4 needed a software update. Check if yours needs one too!

Try using an Ethernet cable for a direct connection to see if it's a Wi-Fi issue or something else.
