I had the same issue, and it turned out to be my router's firmware was out of date. Updated that, and bam, problem solved!
First, try restarting your PS4 and router. Sometimes, it just needs a little kickstart to get back online!
Unplug your router for a couple of minutes and then plug it back in. Works like a charm most of the time!
Have you checked your internet service provider? Sometimes, the problem is on their end, not your PS4.
