Why No Map in Subnautica?
There is no map in Subnautica because it makes the game more realistic and engaging. You have to rely on landmarks and your own sense of direction, just like a real underwater explorer.

The lack of map increases the sense of mystery and danger. You never know what you'll find around the next corner!
