Maybe the bundle didn't sell well enough in the US, so they didn't renew it. Total guess though!

I had the same issue. Ended up getting the games separately. Not ideal, but I still got my Spyro fix!

Could be a licensing issue or regional exclusivity deal. Annoying, I know. Hope they bring it to the US soon!
