Microsoft owns the publishing rights, so they decided to keep it in the Xbox family. Maybe time to consider a new console? ;)

State of Decay 2 isn't on PS4 because Microsoft said no. Simple as that.

I wanted it on PS4 too, but Xbox Game Studios publishes it, so it's staying home on Xbox and PC.
