Honestly, the TurtleBeach M700 might just not play nice with The Division 2. Sometimes, gear and games just don't get along.
Might be an issue with your console settings. Check the audio settings and make sure everything's configured right for your TurtleBeach M700.
I had the same problem! Turns out, my M700 needed a firmware update. After that, it worked perfectly with The Division 2.
