Dark and Darker was removed from Steam because of a copyright claim. Looks like someone wasn't playing nice with their toys and got Steam involved. Big oof.

Actually, it got pulled over legal issues. Seems there was a bit of a tussle over who owns what.

It was all about copyright issues. Developers probably didn't get the memo on what's fair game.
