Probably just a glitch. Try logging back in and see if it happens again. Facebook sometimes logs people out randomly.

Could be an account safety thing. Did you get any emails from Facebook about suspicious activity?
You're not alone! This happened to me a few weeks ago. I updated the app, and it stopped. Maybe give that a go?
Sometimes Facebook does routine maintenance, which can cause logouts. Just log back in and you should be fine.
