Tales of Vesperia PS3 never made it to the West mainly due to licensing issues and the lack of a publisher willing to take on the localization costs.

They decided not to bring it to PS3 in the West because the Xbox 360 version was already available and they didn't think it'd be worth the extra cost and effort.
