Had the same problem last week! Clearing the app cache and updating both 8 Ball Pool and the Facebook app did the trick for me.

Sometimes, this issue happens because of app permissions. Make sure 8 Ball Pool has permission to access your Facebook account. If that's not it, try logging out and back in again on both apps!
