Why won't GTA San Andreas let me get the Rancher?
Sometimes GTA San Andreas can be a bit picky with vehicle spawns. The Rancher usually spawns in rural areas or sometimes in the countryside, especially around Flint County and Whetstone. If you're looking in the city, you're in the wrong spot. Also, try saving your game and reloading, or just roaming around those areas for a bit. The spawning system can be quite random, so patience is key!

Lol, because the game hates you. Jk, the spawn rate for the Rancher can be super random. Try checking during different times of the day in-game; some players swear cars spawn differently at night vs. during the day.
It's all about location and timing. Check around Flint County after a rain in the game, seems to work for me more often than not.
