Are you on mobile or PC? Each has a slightly different method. PC usually works via account settings, while mobile might need a bit of app mojo (reinstall app, clear cache).

Sometimes Roblox's servers can be a bit moody. If you can't unblock, try logging out and back in or clearing your browser cache.
