Did you check the spam folder? Sometimes the verification email gets lost there. Also, ensure you entered the correct email address.

It might be a temporary issue with their servers. Try waiting a bit and resend the verification email after some time.

SHEIN's email verification usually works just fine. Double-check you're spelling your email right and haven't accidentally flagged them as spam.

I've had this problem before! Make sure that your email client isn't blocking SHEIN's emails. Adding SHEIN to your safe sender list might help.
