Make sure your PS4 can read the disc properly first! Clean the disc gently with a soft cloth from the center outwards. If it's still not working, check if there's enough storage space on your console.
Had the same problem! Turned out my disc drive was slightly misaligned. I ended up needing to contact Sony support for repairs.
It's probably just a scratched disc. Try another disc to see if it works. If it does, then you know the issue is with that specific game disc.
