Why Won't My PS4 Controller Connect to My PC?
First, make sure your Bluetooth is on if you're trying to connect wirelessly, and the controller is charged. If still no go, try using a USB cable to connect it directly to your PC.

Honestly, just use a different USB cable. I had a similar issue, swapped cables, and it worked like magic.
Sometimes, it's a simple settings issue. Go to the Control Panel > Devices and Printers > Add a Device and see if it shows up there.
Often, the PS4 controller won't connect because the drivers aren't installed or updated. Head to the device manager on your PC, find the controller, and update drivers manually.
