First, make sure you've entered the correct WiFi password; it's an easy mistake to make! If that's not the issue, try restarting both your Roku TV and your router. Often, just a quick from-the-wall unplug and replug of the router does wonders.
Your WiFi router might be on the fritz. Check if other devices connect to it. If not, it's probably the router.
Who's got time for fancy troubleshooting? Just unplug it and plug it back in. Worked for me!
