First, make sure you've entered the correct WiFi password; it's an easy mistake to make! If that's not the issue, try restarting both your Roku TV and your router. Often, just a quick from-the-wall unplug and replug of the router does wonders.

Your WiFi router might be on the fritz. Check if other devices connect to it. If not, it's probably the router.
