Check if you've got Wi-Fi issues. Maybe your Roku's trying to swim upstream without a paddle?
Once had the same issue! Turned out my remote needed new batteries. Silly, but it worked!
Hey, have you tried using a different HDMI port or cable? Sometimes those little gremlins get in there and mess things up.
Double-check power connections. Is the light on? No light, no life! Might just need a new power adapter.
