Make sure your Vanilla gift card is registered with your billing address. Without registration, online purchases might get declined.

Some gift cards may not work on international websites due to the way they're processed. Consider using a different payment method.

Sometimes Vanilla cards don't work on international sites. Try calling customer service for a workaround.

Double-check if you registered your Vanilla card with a billing address. SHEIN requires that info for verification!

Weird issue! Verify that the remaining balance on your Vanilla card covers your total purchase, including tax and shipping.

If you shop on SHEIN, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the credit for the SHEIN app, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
