Sometimes, the laser lens inside the Xbox 360 gets dirty. You can use a lens cleaning kit or carefully open it up (if you're tech-savvy) to clean the lens.

Some Xbox 360 models had issues with the disc drive. If cleaning doesn't work, you might need professional repair or a new console.

It could be that your Xbox 360 drive is just worn out over time. You might need a replacement or service, sorry to say!

Your Xbox 360 might have a dirty or scratched disc. Try cleaning it with a soft, lint-free cloth and see if it works.

Are you using an original disc? Some burned or copied discs might not work well with the Xbox 360’s drive.

If you're a Xbox player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Xbox gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you’re wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!

The brands referenced on this page are not sponsors of the rewards or otherwise affiliated with this company.
