Make sure your Roku device's software is up to date. Go to Settings > System > System update.
Check your internet connection. A weak connection might prevent the channel from appearing.
I had this issue before, and logging out and back into my Roku account resolved it. Give that a shot!
Just give it a bit of time! Some channels take a few minutes to show up.
