Try closing and reopening the app—or better yet, restart your phone. Sometimes it's just a tech hiccup.

It might be a server issue on Niantic's end. Check their Twitter or online forums to see if others are having problems too.

Make sure your phone's GPS is on and accurate! Pokémon GO needs it to find those sneaky Pokémon hiding around you.

Are you in a spot with poor internet? Pokémon GO needs a good connection to work properly.

If you're a Pokemon GO! player looking for extra PokeCoins or other power-ups, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

Two of those prizes are the official App Store and Play Store gift cards, which you can win and use to get anything you want in Pokemon GO! essentially for free!

In case you’re wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!

The brands referenced on this page are not sponsors of the rewards or otherwise affiliated with this company. The logos and other identifying marks attached are trademarks of and owned by each represented company and/or its affiliates. Please visit each company's website for additional terms and conditions.
