Did you forget to turn it on? Sometimes the simple thing is what's wrong!
From experience, make sure your Solar Panel is getting daylight鈥擨'm talking no shade or obstructions. Also, make sure there's enough juice for all those gadgets!
If you're using Solar Panels at night, there's your answer鈥攏o sunlight, no power. Try a Bioreactor or Nuclear Reactor for consistent energy!
Check if your base sucks more power than you're making. You might have to add more power sources!
