Double-check your privacy settings; sometimes toggling voice chat off and on can fix it.
Voice chat on Roblox is only available to users who are 13 years or older and have verified their age. Make sure you've met these requirements!
Roblox voice chat also requires you to have a proper microphone setup. Make sure your hardware is good to go!
I had the same issue! Turned out I needed to update the app. Make sure everything's up to date.
