This usually happens if the phone is either turned off or isn't connected to the internet. Double-check your settings and signal strength!
From my experience, sometimes even when the phone's on, Life360 might show 'No Network' if your data connection is wonky. Restarting the phone can sometimes help.
Could be something tiny like Airplane mode being on or the app being denied location permissions. Check those settings!
