As of now, Baldur's Gate 3 isn't available on Xbox Game Pass. You'll need to purchase it if you want to play it on Xbox.

I just checked Xbox Game Pass and, unfortunately, Baldur's Gate 3 isn't on there. Maybe one day it will be.
