As of now, Battlefield 6 (or Battlefield 2042 as it's officially called) isn't on Xbox Game Pass. But hey, EA Play is included with Xbox Game Pass Ultimate, so fingers crossed it might show up there eventually!

I checked last week – Battlefield 2042 isn't on Xbox Game Pass yet. Some EA games do make their way there after a while, so there's hope!
