As a huge Cooler fan, I hope so! Seeing him fight Goku again would be epic. But there's no official word yet.

The Dragon Ball Super manga could still surprise us! Cooler might show up if the story calls for more intergalactic threats.
Cooler hasn't appeared in Dragon Ball Super yet, but who knows with all the new arcs Toriyama keeps coming up with! Fingers crossed!
I doubt it. Cooler is more of a movie character and hasn't been in the main series much at all.
