Nope, Hinokami Chronicles doesn't have the Swordsmith Village arc yet. Hopefully, they'll update it soon!

I played through the game, and the Swordsmith Village arc isn't in it currently. Let's hope the devs have something up their sleeve in future updates!

As of now, there hasn't been any official announcement about Hinokami Chronicles including the Swordsmith Village arc. Fingers crossed for a DLC, though!
