Dragon Ball Heroes did come to America, but only in video game form. As for the anime, there have been no official announcements yet!
You can find some episodes online with English subtitles if you dig around. Ain't the internet grand?
I watched the Japanese version, and it's epic! Just wish it had an English dub. Fingers crossed for an announcement soon!
