No, Itachi won't be revived again in Boruto. His story was concluded in Naruto, and it should stay that way.
As much as we all miss Itachi, the creators haven't given any hints about bringing him back in Boruto. It's probably best to let his story rest.
Highly doubtful. His resurrection already played a crucial part in Naruto, and bringing him back again might feel redundant.
