Nope, Kislev isn't getting its own faction in Total War: Warhammer 2. They've saved that for Warhammer 3 instead!

Kislev fans, rejoice (sorta)! While they don't have their own faction in Total War: Warhammer 2, they do play a significant role in Warhammer 3.

I played through the whole Warhammer 2 campaign, and Kislev only has some units as part of the Empire. No standalone faction, unfortunately!
