No, Kokushibo doesn't appear in Season 3. You'll have to wait for later arcs to see this Upper Moon demon in action!
Unfortunately, Kokushibo won't be making an appearance in Season 3. Season 3 focuses mainly on the Swordsmith Village Arc and Kokushibo's debut comes later.
Season 3 won't feature Kokushibo, but it does set the stage for epic battles in the future. Patience is key!
