Nope, Kurama won't be passed to Boruto. Kurama's destiny was closely tied to Naruto, and it's unlikely we'll see Boruto inheriting the Nine-Tails.

From what I've seen, Boruto's not getting Kurama. He's carving his own path, which makes it all more interesting.
