Nah, if anything, the value of Pokemon cards seems to be a roller coaster that only goes up, especially for the rare and vintage ones. It's all about rarity and the nostalgia factor. As long as there's a passionate community and new collectors jumping in, those shiny Charizards are gonna keep their bling.

Hate to be that guy, but yeah, some Pokemon cards might decrease in value. Not all cards are created equal. The market can be fickle, and with new sets always coming out, interest in certain cards might wane. But, rare and iconic cards? Those bad boys hold their value pretty well.

Short answer: No. Collectibles like Pokemon cards often increase in value over time. Rarity, condition, and demand are key.

If you're a Pokemon TCG player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is a pack of Pokemon cards, which you can win and get sent to you essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
