From my experience, moving from Street Fighter to Guilty Gear was like learning to ride a new bike. The basics were the same, but I had to get used to the gears!

Absolutely, some skills in Street Fighter like timing, zoning, and combo execution will definitely help you in Guilty Gear! They both require quick reflexes and strategic thinking, although you'll need to adjust to Guilty Gear's unique mechanics and characters.
