Super Mario Maker 2 currently uses peer-to-peer connections for multiplayer and hasn't announced any plans for dedicated servers. Fingers crossed for the future though!

Don't hold your breath. Nintendo hasn't mentioned anything about dedicated servers for SMM2, and they're not exactly known for speedy updates.

Been playing SMM2 since launch, and so far, it's all peer-to-peer. Dedicated servers would be awesome, but nothing official so far.

...you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

This includes gift cards from all your favorite brands, like Amazon, Starbucks, Apple, Roblox, and many, many more!

In case you're wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying ads) and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!

The brands referenced on this page are not sponsors of the rewards or otherwise affiliated with this company.
