From personal experience, TF2 on console was great back in the day, but Valve hasn't shown interest in porting it to Xbox One. PC is where it's at!

Highly unlikely. Valve hasn't mentioned any plans for an Xbox One version, and they mostly focus on PC updates.
Don't hold your breath. TF2 is pretty much a PC game at this point.
