From my experience, game developers often add new content if there's enough demand. Considering how popular Demon Slayer is, more chapters aren't out of the question!
Highly doubt it. The game's story mode is pretty much set based on the anime. Anything new might just be DLC or spin-off content.
The Demon Slayer: The Hinokami Chronicles game currently covers up to the Mugen Train arc. If they decide to add more chapters, they'd probably align them with the Entertainment District and Swordsmith Village arcs from the anime!
