Nope, The Division 2 doesn't have an Underground DLC like in the first game. But don't worry, it has its own unique and exciting content!
I've played both games extensively and can confirm that The Division 2 doesn't include the Underground DLC. But trust me, there's plenty of other cool stuff to keep you busy!
